All portrait photos produced by AI Portrait Studio are created by artificial intelligence. They are artistic interpretations, not real photographs. This notice explains the AI technology used, how your data is handled, and your rights regarding AI-generated content.
1. AI Technology Used
AI Portrait Studio uses state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to generate portrait photos based on user-uploaded selfies. The AI model details:

2. How AI Generation Works

Your selfie photo is securely transmitted to our server via HTTPS encryption.

Our server forwards the photo to the BytePlus Seedream AI engine along with a style prompt.

The AI generates 3 unique portrait photos based on your facial features and selected style.

The generated photos are returned to your device.

Your original selfie is immediately deleted from the server after processing — not stored, cached, or retained in any form.
Important: All photos generated by this app are AI-created content. They are artistic interpretations and do not represent real photographs taken in actual settings.
3. AI Content Watermark
All AI-generated photos include a subtle digital watermark to indicate they are AI-generated content. This is in compliance with emerging AI content transparency regulations and industry best practices, helping viewers distinguish AI-created images from real photographs.
4. Data Usage for AI Processing
- Your photos are used solely for generating the portrait images you requested
- Your photos are never used for AI model training or improvement
- Your photos are never shared with third parties beyond the necessary AI processing service
- Your photos are never stored on any cloud storage or database
- Generated results are saved only on your device (local storage)
- BytePlus does not retain your photos after processing
5. Limitations of AI-Generated Content
Please be aware of the following limitations:
- AI-generated photos may not be 100% accurate representations of your appearance
- Results may vary depending on photo quality, lighting, and angle of the original selfie
- The AI may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results

Before your first AI generation, the app will ask for your explicit consent to process your photo using the BytePlus AI service. You may decline — in which case no photo data will be transmitted to any server, though portrait generation will not be available.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by ceasing to use the AI generation feature. Previously generated photos on your device are unaffected.

- You retain ownership of your original selfie photos
- AI-generated portrait photos are created for your personal use
- You may save, share, or delete generated photos at any time from your device
- You may not use generated images for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
- You may not use generated images to impersonate others or create deceptive content
