下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款及我们的隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。未满18岁的用户须由父母或监护人代为同意本条款。
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd. ("we"/"Developer") governing your use of the mobile application OmniPath ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian agree on their behalf.
在您遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上下载、安装和使用本应用，仅用于个人、非商业娱乐目的。
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

每日签到奖励（星尘、宝石）为游戏内促销活动，我们保留在不提前通知的情况下修改、暂停或终止签到奖励计划的权利。奖励不可兑换为现金或其他有价物品。
Daily check-in rewards (Stardust, Gems) are in-game promotional features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the check-in reward programme at any time without notice. Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or items of value.
应用内所有内容——包括但不限于界面设计、图标、动画、音乐、音效、关卡设计、图鉴图案、文字和代码——均归深圳火谱软件有限公司所有或经授权使用，受版权、商标及其他知识产权法律保护。
本条款中的许可授权是您使用本应用的唯一权利，不涉及任何所有权转让。
All content within the App — including but not limited to interface design, icons, animations, music, sound effects, level designs, artifact illustrations, text, and code — is owned by or licensed to Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The licence granted in Section 2 is your only right to use the App. No ownership rights are transferred.
本应用按"现状"和"可用状态"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的保证。我们不保证应用不间断运行、无错误或无病毒。
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括游戏进度、虚拟货币或数据的丢失。
我们的全部责任不超过您在索赔前十二个月内支付的应用内购买总金额。
部分司法管辖区不允许排除或限制某些保证或责任，上述限制可能不适用于您。
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS, VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR DATA.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above may not apply to you.
如您违反本条款，您的许可自动终止。终止后，您须停止使用并删除本应用。第7、8、9和11条在终止后继续有效。我们保留随时暂停或终止应用运营的权利。
Your licence terminates automatically upon breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete the App. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突原则。因本条款引起的任何争议，提交香港特别行政区法院专属管辖。欧盟消费者可在其居住地法院提起诉讼。
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. EU consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence.
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大变更将更新页面顶部的生效日期，并在适当情况下通过应用内通知告知。继续使用应用即表示接受修订后的条款。
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective" date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
