OmniPath does not collect any personally identifiable information, usage data, or device information. We do not operate any servers that store user data.

The following data is stored only on your device or in your personal iCloud account — inaccessible to us:

• Game progress, level completion, star ratings
• Stardust, Gem balances and power-up usage
• Artifact collection progress
• Daily check-in streak records
• Game settings (sound, haptics, language, etc.)

If you opt to share crash analytics with Apple (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may provide us with anonymised crash reports to help fix bugs. This is controlled entirely by your device settings — we do not initiate collection.

The limited information described above is used solely to:

• Save and restore your game progress across sessions and devices
• Verify in-app purchases and unlock purchased content
• Display leaderboard data via Apple Game Center
• Diagnose and fix technical issues (anonymised crash reports only)

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

Local Storage: Your game data is stored on your device by default and never leaves it (unless you enable iCloud sync).

iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud Drive for OmniPath (iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → OmniPath), your data syncs via Apple CloudKit to your personal iCloud account. This data is managed by Apple — not accessible to us — and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

No External Servers: We do not operate backend servers that store player data. All data remains under your control.

OmniPath offers optional Gem purchases to accelerate gameplay. All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.

• We do not receive or store your payment card details
• Purchase confirmation is handled directly by Apple — we receive only a purchase status notification
• Purchase records do not involve personally identifiable information

The app integrates Apple Game Center for milestone achievements and leaderboards. Use of Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Your Game Center profile, achievements, and ranking data are managed by Apple — we cannot access your Game Center personal information.

Game Center is optional and can be managed at any time in iOS Settings.

OmniPath does not include any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, or data broker integrations. No data is sent to any third party.

The only external integrations are Apple's own services (iCloud / CloudKit, App Store, Game Center), all governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

OmniPath is rated 4+ and is suitable for players of all ages.

• We do not collect personal information from users of any age, including children under 13
• No account registration required
• No advertising content
• No behavioural tracking

If you believe we have inadvertently received a child's personal information, please contact sales@hkhdtp.com and we will address it immediately.

Under Hong Kong PDPO, EU GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

• Access — a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Correction — correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — deletion of your data
• Portability — your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — to processing for specific purposes

As we store no personal data on servers, your data is fully under your own control:

• Delete local data: delete the app from your device
• Delete iCloud data: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → OmniPath

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide an in-app notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
