π Privacy at a Glance
Deep Sea Bubble Adventure is designed with privacy first. The app does not collect, upload, or share any personal data. All game progress is stored locally on your device or synced privately via your iCloud account. No account registration required. No ads. No tracking.
1. Information We Collect Minimal
Deep Sea Bubble Adventure collects the absolute minimum information necessary to operate:
- Game progress & settings β stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud. Never uploaded to our servers.
- In-app purchase records β processed entirely by Apple. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status, not your payment details.
- Game Center data β if you use Game Center, Apple manages your leaderboard scores, achievements, and profile under their own privacy policy.
- Crash and diagnostic reports β if you opt in to share analytics with Apple, Apple may provide us with anonymised crash logs to help fix bugs. This is controlled by your iOS settings (Settings β Privacy β Analytics & Improvements).
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, camera data, microphone data, contacts, or any other personal identifiers.
2. How We Use Information
The limited information described above is used solely to:
- Save and restore your game progress across sessions and devices
- Verify in-app purchases and unlock purchased items
- Diagnose and fix technical issues reported via crash logs
- Display leaderboard rankings via Apple Game Center
We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & iCloud Sync
Local Storage: Your game progress, rank, daily mission status, and settings are stored in your device's local storage (UserDefaults / Core Data). This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.
iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud Drive for this app (iOS Settings β [Your Name] β iCloud β Deep Sea Bubble Adventure), your game data syncs to your personal iCloud account. This data is governed by Apple's iCloud privacy policy and is accessible only to you. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
No External Servers: We do not operate any backend servers that store player data. All data remains under your control.
4. In-App Purchases
Deep Sea Bubble Adventure offers optional in-game item purchases (e.g. Tsunami Scrolls, Deep Sea Bombs) using in-game coins that may be earned through gameplay.
- All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.
- We do not receive or store your payment card details.
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
- For refund requests, please contact Apple Support at support.apple.com.
5. Third-Party Services
The app integrates with the following Apple-provided services only:
- Apple Game Center β leaderboards and achievements. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Apple iCloud β optional game save sync. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store β purchase processing. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, social media SDKs, or data brokers.
6. Children's Privacy
Deep Sea Bubble Adventure is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages, including young children.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA).
- No account registration, social login, or personal data entry is required to play.
- The app contains no advertising and no behavioural tracking.
- If you believe we have inadvertently received information from a child, please contact us at sales@hkhdtp.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Under Hong Kong PDPO, EU GDPR, and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access β request a copy of any personal data we hold about you
- Correction β request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion β request deletion of your data (note: as we store no server-side data, deletion from your device removes all data)
- Portability β receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection β object to processing for specific purposes

To delete all local game data, simply delete the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can delete the app's iCloud data from iOS Settings β [Your Name] β iCloud β Manage Storage.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
