一、服务说明

出片公式(以下称"本应用")是一款 iPhone 拍照教学工具,提供场景化拍摄公式、修图参数卡与本地照片检测功能。本应用为完全离线应用,教学内容随应用版本更新。

二、会员订阅与买断

本应用的部分内容需要开通会员后使用。会员项目如下(实际价格以 App Store 购买页显示为准,各地区可能不同):

三、自动续订条款

• 确认购买后,费用将从您的 Apple 账户(Apple ID)扣除;
• 订阅将自动续订,除非您在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订;
• 系统将在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内,按所选档位价格向您的 Apple 账户收取续订费用;
• 您可随时在 iPhone「设置 → 您的姓名 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅;
• 取消后,会员权益将保留至当期结束,已支付费用不予按比例退还(退款事宜由 Apple 依其政策处理)。

四、免费试用说明

• 年度会员含 3 天免费试用,试用期内可使用全部会员内容;
• 试用期结束时,若未提前至少 24 小时取消,将自动转为正式订阅并按年度价格扣费;
• 在试用期内随时取消,不会产生任何费用;
• 购买订阅时,免费试用的未使用部分(如有)将自动作废;
• 免费试用资格通常每个 Apple 账户仅限一次,具体以 App Store 规则为准。

五、恢复购买

更换设备或重新安装后,可在应用内购买页点击「恢复购买」找回已购项目(需登录购买时使用的 Apple 账户)。

六、内容说明

• 应用内的公式配图与效果对比图为 AI 生成的效果示意,用于演示教学思路,不代表任何真实拍摄样片;
• 拍摄公式为教学参考,实际拍摄效果受光线环境、拍摄对象与 iPhone 机型等因素影响,可能与示意图存在差异;
• 部分相机功能(如摄影风格、特定焦段)仅在部分 iPhone 机型上可用,应用内已作标注。

七、知识产权

本应用的全部内容(包括但不限于公式文案、参数卡、界面设计与配图)归深圳火谱软件有限公司所有。未经书面许可,不得复制、传播或用于商业用途。

八、免责声明

本应用按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们不对使用本应用产生的任何间接损失承担责任。

本协议如有更新,将在本页面发布并标注新的生效日期。

ShotRecipes Terms of Use

1. The Service

ShotRecipes (the "App") is an iPhone photography tutorial tool offering scene-based shooting recipes, edit cards and on-device photo checks. The App is fully offline; content is updated with app releases.

2. Membership Plans

Some content requires a membership. Actual prices are shown on the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by region:

3. Auto-Renewal Terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan;
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions;
• After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period; fees already paid are not refunded pro-rata (refunds are handled by Apple under its policies).

4. Free Trial

• The Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial with full access;
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription automatically;
• Cancel anytime during the trial at no charge;
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased;
• Free trials are generally limited to one per Apple Account, subject to App Store rules.

5. Restore Purchases

After switching devices or reinstalling, tap "Restore" on the purchase page to recover your purchases (sign in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase).

6. Content Notes

• Recipe covers and before/after comparison images are AI-generated illustrations for instructional purposes and do not represent real sample photos;
• Recipes are educational references; actual results depend on lighting, subject and iPhone model, and may differ from illustrations;
• Some camera features (e.g., Photographic Styles, certain focal lengths) are available only on certain iPhone models, as noted in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App (including recipes, edit cards, UI design and imagery) is owned by Shenzhen Huopu Software Co., Ltd. and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes & Contact

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
