一、接受条款
本使用条款（"条款"）是您与深圳火谱软件有限公司（"我们"）之间就使用长截屏拼图 / ScrollCapture（"本应用"）达成的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意本条款及我们的隐私政策。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。
二、服务描述
本应用提供截图拼接服务，帮助用户将多张截图合成为一张长图。所有图片处理均在用户设备本地完成，不依赖服务器。
三、用户账户与授权
使用本应用不需要注册账户。本应用需要您授权访问设备相册，以便读取截图和保存拼接结果。您可以随时在系统设置中撤销此授权，撤销后将无法使用图片读取和保存功能。
四、订阅与购买
- 本应用提供免费版和 Pro 付费版。Pro 功能包括去水印、高清无损导出和无限拼接张数。
- Pro 版提供月度订阅、年度订阅和永久买断三种方式。
- 订阅将通过您的 Apple ID 账户收费，并在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内自动续订，除非您在此之前关闭自动续订。
- 您可在 iPhone 设置 → Apple ID → 订阅 中管理或取消订阅。
- 免费试用期（如有）中未使用的部分在购买订阅后将被作废。
- 购买为最终且不可退款，适用法律要求的情况除外。退款请联系 Apple 支持：support.apple.com/billing。
五、用户行为规范
您同意不将本应用用于以下目的：
- 违反任何适用法律法规
- 侵犯他人知识产权或其他合法权益
- 传播违法、有害或不当内容
- 对本应用进行逆向工程、反编译或破解
六、知识产权
本应用的所有内容、设计、代码和功能均受知识产权法保护，归深圳火谱软件有限公司所有。您不得复制、修改、分发或逆向工程本应用。
您使用本应用拼接的图片版权归您所有。
七、免责声明
- 本应用按"现状"提供，不做任何明示或暗示的保证。
- 我们不保证拼接结果的完美性，拼接效果取决于原始截图的质量和重叠程度。
- 我们不保证应用不间断运行或无错误。
八、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何直接或间接损失，我们不承担责任。我们的总责任不超过您在索赔前十二个月内支付的应用内购买总金额。
九、Apple EULA 条款
Apple App Store 必要披露
- 当事方：本条款存在于您与深圳火谱软件有限公司之间，Apple Inc. 不是本协议当事方，亦不对本应用承担任何责任。
- 许可范围：使用限于您拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备，遵循 App Store 使用规则。
- 维护与支持：由深圳火谱软件有限公司（而非 Apple）提供支持，联系方式：sales@hkhdtp.com。
- 保证：如保证失效，您可通知 Apple 申请退款（如有）。Apple 无其他保证义务。
- 产品索赔：深圳火谱软件有限公司负责所有产品相关索赔；Apple 不承担任何责任。
- 第三方受益人：Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，可对您执行本协议。
十、条款修改
我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。修改后的条款将在本页面发布。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。
十一、适用法律
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。因本条款引起的争议应提交香港特别行政区有管辖权的法院解决。
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") governing your use of ScrollCapture (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The App provides a screenshot stitching service that helps users merge multiple screenshots into a single long image. All image processing is performed locally on your device — no server is required.
3. Authorization
No account registration is required. The App requires permission to access your photo library to read screenshots and save stitched results. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device's settings; doing so will disable photo reading and saving functions.
4. Subscriptions & Purchases
- The App offers a free version and a paid Pro version. Pro features include watermark removal, HD lossless export, and unlimited stitching.
- Pro is available as a monthly subscription, yearly subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and automatically renew within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you turn off auto-renewal beforehand.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
- Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For refunds: support.apple.com/billing.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other legitimate rights of others
- Distribute illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the App
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and functionality of the App are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
The copyright of images you create using the App belongs to you.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
- We do not guarantee perfect stitching results; quality depends on the original screenshots and the degree of overlap.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Apple EULA Provisions
Required Apple App Store Disclosures
- Parties: This agreement is between you and Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd., not Apple Inc. Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no responsibility for the App.
- Licence Scope: Use is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, per App Store Usage Rules.
- Maintenance & Support: Provided by Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd., not Apple. Contact sales@hkhdtp.com.
- Warranty: In case of warranty failure, notify Apple for a refund (if any). Apple has no further warranty obligation.
- Product Claims: Shenzhen HuoPu Software Co., Ltd. is responsible for all product claims; Apple has no responsibility.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong SAR.
