License Grant
HDTP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use this application on devices you own, for personal non-commercial purposes only.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the application
- Remove or alter copyright notices
- Use the application commercially or sublicense it
- Use cheats, bots or scripts
In-App Purchases
Optional purchases are processed by App Store or Google Play under their refund policies. Virtual items are non-refundable once activated.
Children
Users under 13 require parental consent. In-app purchases require parental confirmation.
Intellectual Property
All content (code, artwork, audio, text) is owned by HDTP and protected by copyright law.
Termination
We may terminate your licence for breach of these terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the application.
Apple App Store Additional Terms
This agreement is between you and HDTP only — not Apple. Apple bears no responsibility. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund. Apple has no responsibility for any claims relating to the app.
