By downloading or using AI Voice Identity ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
3. Permitted Use
You may use AI Voice Identity to:
- Perform personal AI voice recognition and voiceprint verification.
- Explore and test on-device voice AI features for personal use.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use the App to:
- Impersonate another person or attempt to deceive any individual or system.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
- Use AI voice or voiceprint features for surveillance or monitoring of others without their consent.
- Use the App's output as the sole basis for high-stakes identity verification decisions in financial, medical, or legal contexts.
5. Disclaimer
AI Voice Identity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voice recognition and voiceprint verification are probabilistic technologies and are not infallible.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that voice recognition results will be 100% accurate. The App is intended as a supplementary tool and should not be relied upon as the sole method of identity verification in critical applications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to any misidentification or false verification results.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest update. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
